I just had to share my experience having a one on one zoom meeting with Deepa M Makhija. IT WAS AMAZING and very enlightening. Prior to our meeting, she asked questions of me....I took the time to really think about the answers and this enabled the call to go even better than expected. I am still blown away at the insight. This was the kick in the rear i needed to really begin doing the work. It can be painful thinking about past trauma, but it really is the key to understanding yourself and your actions, and to begin healing. She explains everything and is very respectful. This was such a valuable gift she gave me and i recommend anyone who is offered a chance to speak to her one on one takes her up on the offer! Loved the experience and love this group!

I was immensely downd and my my sister found this group for me. Deepa's commitment to help a woman made me feel worthy and built trust to get help from her.Deepa called me today, while I was going through trauma, pain and hopelessness. Wanted to attempt suicide, but she consoled me, comforted me and made an instant connection with me. Thank you Deepa for your time, I felt relieved after chatting with you today and i felt I did the right thing to be my authentic self. I do appreciate you checking in on me and for sharing links to replays when i was not able to watch live, especially the last one about childhood trauma and relationships which i find really helpful.

Deepa has been an amazing coach since October and then I had to take a break for personal reasons but she continued to check on me encouraging me throughout. Deepa has been such a strong presence for me going through my separation. She had taught me the importance of positive thoughts words and meditation and journaling. There have been times when she just held space for me and let me just cry it all out. I have so much appreciation for her there is no way I would be at this point in my healing journey without her. She is a truly life changing coach.

I was going through a very tough phase in my life a year back as I was having a career transition. It was a very emotionally draining time as I was unsure, indecisive , not knowing if the decisions I will take will bear fruits. If any of you reading this have watched the movie dear Zindagi you will understand what I am feeling ...When I started my coaching with Deepa just like trying multiple chairs to find the perfect one seemed so meaningless in terms of life coaching my initial sessions seemed like what am I doing here little realizing how in the end everything I learnt and did in each session was actually a piece of a puzzle that is now complete. I was completely clueless about so many things in life before I started my coaching journey. I would like to post my experience with Deepa Ma’am .I hit a period in my life when it seemed I never felt so low. During this period, I managed to find Deepa Maam on FB and sheepishly dragged myself in to her. Straight Away she was warm, kind and understanding. Her expertise and knowledge was outstanding as was her ability to fully understand ups and downs of my life. She helped me to come out of it .I have felt so supported and so much better.
